Cancellation and Refund
Bulk orders shall be shipped by alternate shipping options to reduce the cost. The customer may provide the details of their preferred way of shipping (by road, sea, or air) and the preferred shipping company. Shipping charges for bulk orders will be calculated based on customer feedback and communicated back to the customer.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been executed and goods dispatched or communicated to any other supporting vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping the items.
- You may request for replacement if the parcel is received in damaged condition, contains a wrong item, or has a manufacturing defect or mismatch in stitching measurements. You should not accept the parcel if there is the visibility of major damage in the packing. You may ignore any minor damages in the outer packing and accept the same. All the products of Kaithary.com undergo a quality check before shipping and proper care is taken for packing the product. However, you may notify us of any such errors immediately upon receipt of the parcel by sending us a mail at support@kaithary.com and our support team will get back to you for further details. Upon our acceptance and email confirmation, you will have to send the parcel back to us. Kaithary.com will replace the items free of cost. All the courier expenses will be borne by Kaithary.com in case the shipment is rejected due to the above-mentioned reasons. Kaithary.com will not be responsible for any mistake in measurements given by the customer during order placement and no refund or replacement will be considered for such errors by customers.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Kaithary.com marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Onam, New Year, Pongal, Diwali, Durga Pooja, etc. These are limited-occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product by sending an email to support@kaithary.com. After looking into your complaint the Customer Service Team will take an appropriate decision. However, there could be slight variations in the color of the actual product against the one shown on the website. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying, and differences in digital output due to lighting during photography, color settings, and monitor types. We request customers to make a note of these minor variations in color as seen on the website against the actual color of the product received.
Refund Policy
Kaithary.com will try its best not to arrive in a situation of canceling an order. However, there are remote chances of cancellation of orders. Upon cancellation, customers can either opt for purchasing the same or other items for an equal amount through an email order or request a refund. In case of a refund request, Kaitahry.com will notify the respective stakeholders for returning the payment to the source of origin. There could be service charges levied by respective service providers which are not within the control of Kaithary.com. However, Kaithary.com will not deduct any cancellation charges and any deduction and delay in refund occurred could be due to service charges and process delay of the respective payment service providers. Refunds could take a minimum of ten working days.
